Basic Requirements Include:

Illinois requires two courses to get your real estate license: a 60-Hour Broker Pre-License Topics course and a 15-Hour Applied Real Estate Principles course. 

Applicants must be at least 18 years old; completed high school (not required to be in the United States) or obtained a GED; not in default with their student loans; child support or income taxes. 

We offer online courses that are accessible from any devise with internet access;  live courses and we now offer hybrid courses where students can the same course both live and online where students can use the online course to make up missed classes and take advantage of online prep course and state simulated practice exams.

The cost will range from $338 – $738.  We offer three Packages from $200 to $600.  Additionally applicants will have to pay $58 for taking the State Exam and $125 for the State Application.  

Will depend on the delivery method you choose.  Students have completed the online courses in 7 days the live in class method will take 2 months. 

Students should first determine how much time then can devote to the courses and then choose a method that fits their schedule.

We occasionally offer promotion for our Special Package but generally do not for our Basic and Deluxe Packages. 

The Broker Pre-License Courses are equivalent to a college 100 level course like phycology 101 or sociology 101.   If you graduated from high school and can do very basic math you should have no problem completing the courses.

Virtually every student who completes the courses will pass the State Exam on their first attempt.

A Managing Broker’s License is required to sponsor yourself or another; a person must hold a Broker’s license for at least 2 years in order to obtain a Managing Broker’s License. A Broker’s License allows a person to be sponsored by a Managing Broker and will allow you to assist a person with buying, selling or leasing or managing a property.o.

The Real Estate Broker license in Illinois will allow you to work with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, Tenants along with Property Management. A career in Real Estate is exciting and rewarding. Most brokers work as independent contractors under the sponsorship of a real estate firm and they make their hours.
