The Real Estate Academy class is great! Allan is really knowledgeable and very funny. His ability to make non-interesting material very interesting and ability to answer any quester we may have is awesome. As with any class, you will need to make sure you read the material and study on your own time but the class has tons of practice tests and quizzes to drill the information into your head. The Hybrid format is also great for people with lives lol. If you cannot make it into the in-person at any time or you want to move along at your own pace, you can do all the course material online. Great experience, really love Allen's class!!! You will learn a lot ! He has a lof of experience about real estate. Great examlpes and his personal experience will help you understand real estate better . His videos are awesome they explain hard situations in a really simple  way .
