This course was designed to meet the Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles – Interactive (15 Hrs.) required for real estate brokers as set forth by the State of Illinois. This course includes application of real estate broker pre-license topics to the practice of real estate brokerage and situational and case studies, role playing, and demonstration of real estate activities.
